Xat

Xat is an IRC chat site with one of the most autistic and consistently retarded communities on the Internet, falling right behind Total Logdom in both categories. It is also a money making scheme that gets 13 year olds to steal their mummy's credit card and buy powers. One admirable quality about this chat site is that it has succeeded in remaining up and running since 2006, which in and of itself is not all that impressive, but that its chat rooms have always been filled with gullible idiots.

Xat was founded in 1998 as a red room image optimizer for kiddie pictures, allowing e-peds to use newly refined cyberdildonics to electronically rape images of children over the Internet. In fact, the Xat website is probably where the term "cybersex" was coined. By 2001, advents such as Broadband with greater bandwidth led to xatShow, an online concurrent live stream of 5 year old girls being drawn and quartered. It has since evolved into an off-shore grand exchange of powers, nicknames and many other 'upgrades' that are used in order to launder money for Russian oligarchs.
